The specification and design of the frame steel carrier for rubber and plastic sealing

a) Width: 18-45mm (tolerance: -0.3mm)

b) Thickness: 0.3-0.6mm (tolerance: -0.04mm)

c) Length (single coil): 450-1000m, or upone the customers' needs

d) Designs of the carriers are according to the product range of the company, or in accordance with the drawing provided by customers after producing the new tool




Special steel strips for automobile sealing comply with YB/T5059 standards for low carbon cold rolled steel strip, also in accordance with index on the drawing and negotiation.




Steel strips are rolled with 08F (SPCD, SPCC), 10, SPCE, Stw22, Stw24, or 05F, Q195, 10F and other non-alloyed steel




Packaging:

After recoiling of the stamped carrier, the inner and outer coils are packed with plastic film (strips), and then the external part is packed with recyclable fiber and finally packed with belt before they are delivered. Another possibility is packed in several coils (=10) on the pallet and put the inerlayer then packed with belt before delivering. Alternatively other packages are also available according to the customers' requirements.
